RANT Gaming Studios is looking for an Engine/Rendering Programmer to join us in building and advancing the technical foundation of our AAA tactical first-person shooter. Our project combines complex systems, high-performance rendering, and large-scale gameplay, all powered by Unreal Engine. You will work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to create efficient, scalable solutions that support both visual quality and gameplay performance.

In this role, you will develop and optimize rendering systems, extend Unreal Engine functionality, and build tools that enhance production workflows. We are looking for someone with strong C++ expertise, solid experience with Unreal Engine, and a deep understanding of system architecture and performance optimization. Experience with multiplayer FPS development, networking, and tools such as Perforce and CI/CD pipelines will be considered a plus.
