RANT Gaming Studios is looking for a Community Manager to join us in shaping the player experience of our AAA tactical first-person shooter, Fragmentary Order. Our project brings together complex systems, high-stakes gameplay, and a dedicated hardcore audience. Because a strong and authentic community plays a key role in the game’s long-term success, you will act as the vital bridge between our players and the development team, helping to build trust, gather feedback, and foster a sense of belonging.

In this role, you will manage and grow our presence across Discord, X, Reddit, and other platforms, ensuring consistent communication and meaningful engagement with players. Day-to-day, you will organize community activities, support discussions, and surface valuable feedback to the team, all while collaborating with content creators and developers on messaging and updates.

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in gaming communities and a deep understanding of hardcore FPS audiences. You must have strong English communication skills and feel completely comfortable being the public voice of the studio, actively participating in conversations with our players.
